Taste the fruits of the land at the annual bASH soirée, the food and wine pairing competition that allows you to sip, savor, and decide the winners of the “best wine and food event in Napa Valley”. Hosted in collaboration with the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce and the Culinary Institute of America, the annual Appellation St. Helena bASH will be held in Greystone’s historic Barrel Room. Marvel over the 2,000-gallon wooden casks, 1,000+ corkscrews, and dramatic indoor venue as you make your rounds to the tasting stations.

Sip wines from over 30 ASH wineries and sample small savory bites crafted by rising star Culinary Institute of America students and top chefs from St. Helena restaurants. Vote for your favorite pairing in both the Professional and Student categories according to synergy, taste, and creativity.

Your ticket purchase automatically enters you for a chance to win the ASH wine raffle, a six-pack case of wine from a participating ASH winery to be awarded to four lucky ticket winners.

Appellation St. Helena bASH will be held Saturday, March 30th from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone at 2555 Main St in St Helena. Attendance is limited to 300 guests, so we recommend securing tickets at your earliest convenience.
