Attend a Wine Tasting Class at the Culinary Institute of America

For something sweet, try the Wine and Chocolate class to create flavor combinations that balance the bitterness, sweetness, and intensity of wine with confections made by CIA at Greystone’s own chocolatier.

For the fundamentals of wine, the Calibrate Your Wine Palate class helps you taste and smell like a pro. Learn important wine attributes and apply professional techniques when tasting. When you have your whites to reds to rosés figured out, try the All That Sparkles class. Learn all there is to know about sparkling wine, from history, creation, glassware, and aging, to what professionals look for when evaluating a glass of bubbly.
